It is a celebration of your love, your commitment to one another, and the life that you share.

I am Tiffany Newman, a registered civil wedding officiant in the District of Columbia. 

I perform non-religious civil ceremonies for couples of all backgrounds, including same-sex marriages, at my office and ceremony room or at your chosen venue.
